To ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and customers we would like to update you on the below temporary changes to our operations:
Remaining Accessible: During this time administrative support for general enquiries, emergency and technical support will remain available via telephone and email.
Taking Precautions: If you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, respiratory distress), have had close contact with a confirmed case within the last 14-days, or have visited a high impacted area, we respectfully ask that rather than request an engineer attendance you call us to seek remote support.
Intermediate Solutions: Going forward our initial process will be to provide telephone response to all call out requests to determine the urgency of the fault. At this time, it may be that we take the decision that we will isolate devices over the phone as an intermediate resolution until such a time we are able to attend and resolve the issue.
Being proactive: Whilst we have taken various actions to mitigate any possible impact to your operations and currently have contingencies in place, we cannot foresee any future restrictions that may be applied. With this in mind it may be that non-urgent maintenance and project works are delayed during the outbreak to allow us to protect our staff and ensure urgent works are prioritised.
