Due to recent expansion and growth of the business, we are looking to grow the team. We are currently looking to employ a project manager to join our office in Peterborough. This will be a full time role with profit related bonuses. The salary for this role of project manager in Peterborough is negotiable. There will also be training available for the right candidate.

They will also have commercial and contractual awareness with the ability to manage multiple on-going projects. These projects will be up to the value of £1,000,000 so excellent project management skills will be required for this role.
As our project manager in Peterborough, you will be based in our head office in the city. However, the role is based within 80-90 miles of Peterborough. Occasionally you may need to go further dependent on the growth structure of the business.

What Does The Role Of A Project Manager in Peterborough For Jensen Security And Fire Systems Involve?
You will be liaising with the sales team as and when works are awarded. The sales team will work with you to collate all necessary information including RAMS. You will also be managing the health and safety for your team. During the project you will visit the site with your sales team to complete the design and program of works.
Your role as project manager will also involve liaising with the customer and setting up pre-contract meetings and site services. As project manager you will meet the project engineer team on site and run through the works with them. It is also part of your role to ensure that the financials are kept on track. You will be required to give updates to directors once the project is complete.
As part of your role you will be completing site visits and site talk box talks too. You will be managing engineers and liaising with the sales team on extra works from the project. We would expect you to build good client relationships during the project too.
You will be involved in the organising of commissioning. Your role will also include the preparation and complete handover of the site with the client. We will expect you to collate project O&M, complete engineer appraisals and carry out sales visits for the minor works team too.
